Joe Perlmutter was brought up in Denver in a Real
Estate family (his father was a builder who built
approximately 1000 homes in the Denver Area) and was
afforded the opportunity to watch the Denver Area
grow over the past 40+ years. Having attended the
University of Colorado, he studied engineering and
at Santa Monica College he continued his studies in
Real Estate. He became a Colorado Real Estate Broker
in 1975 and an Appraiser in 1986. Currently, Joe is

Gary Smith has over 30 years as a Builder and
Contractor. After being educated in Construction
Management from Butte College in California, Gary
has been Project Manager and Superintendent for
projects such as the completion of the Gondola for
Mountain Village Ski Resort in Telluride, CO. While
running 100-man crews, Gary’s Expertise lies in
direct supervision of personnel, scheduling, job
costs and estimating. Gary also dealt directly with

Multi-Family projects, throughout the majority of
